finally had a go at building a website using flash and actionscript, its not actually on the web but I still think it is kind of cool for my first try. now all I have to do is finally get myself a coppy of flash for my computer at home so that I can get some more practice.
I'm really starting to look forward to learning XML so that I can use flash with databases so that I can build dynamic flash content. well I'm not really looking forward to all the XML/database stuff, I just think it would be cool to be able to develop dynamic flash content and to do that I need to learn the XML/database stuff.

Have you seen Flashblocks at http://flashblocks.com? It is a Flash CMS that is already set up using XML - no database, so it is actually easer to use, install and backup.
